What's included in my warranty?
Raven Computers, Inc., provides a 1-year limited warranty or otherwise stated, which includes parts and labor. The warranty period will begin on the day that Raven Computers, Inc., ships the order. This warranty guarantees the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year or otherwise stated from the date of original purchase. Raven Computers, Inc., will, at its sole judgment, repair and replace any defective components that fail in normal use with no charge to the customer for parts or labor. Any defective products will be replaced with the same product if the same product is still available. If the same product is not available Raven Computers, Inc., reserves the right to replace the product with a similar product. This warranty does not cover failure caused by abuse, misuse, accident, viruses, software, negligence, tampering, or service and modifications performed in all or part by anyone other than those authorized by Raven Computers, Inc. Raven Computers, Inc., will not be held responsible for lost data. Raven Computers, Inc., will not be responsible for any shipping charges on a package/product returned to Raven Computers, Inc. What happens if I need to return anything?
Our return policy is fair, easy and guaranteed. We have a 30-day money-back guarantee excluding shipping and handling. The complete, original package should be returned for a refund. Purchaser will assume all responsibilities for shipping until the product reaches Raven Computers, Inc. You may return any hardware product purchased through Raven Computers, Inc., for replacement or refund within 30 days of the shipment date of your order. Raven Computers, Inc., reserves the right to charge restocking fees up to 20% for all returned non-defective products. No refunds are available for any software. Customers must include all original parts and accessories to returned products. If any piece is missing, Raven Computers, Inc., reserves the right to charge appropriately to replace the missing item. PURCHASER MUST CALL (608) 661-1372 TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PURCHASER AT PURCHASERS EXPENSE.
What if I want to modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order by TELEPHONE ONLY during our normal business hours. Any other mode of contact will not be guaranteed. Depending on the status of the order, modifications or cancelation may not be possible. If a purchaser decides to cancel the order after it has been shipped the cost of shipping will not be refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
What modes of payment are accepted?
Cash, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are acceptable modes of payment for in-person customers only. Purchase Orders will be accepted from schools and government only unless arrangements have been made previously with Raven Computers, Inc.
